28 day dry-aged striploin of British beef with roast potatoes & seasonal vegetables

New season saddle of lamb studded with rosemary & wrapped in wild garlic

Wild rice frittata with Dorset purple sprouting broccoli, sesame seeds & drizzled with homemade hoisin sauce (gf)

Josper-roasted British half chicken with lemon & herb with crushed Cypriot potatoes
