West Country 250g Sirloin
sirloin comes from the upper middle of the cow, very tender & well-marbled with fat. We recommend medium-rare 21

West Country 10oz Rib Eye
comes from a cow’s rib section. Wonderful rich flavour and is very tender. Best enjoyed medium-rare to medium 24

West Country 10oz Rump
flavourful, taken from the lower back, we say go for medium-rare 19
