We want to sell the best pizza in the Country. To do that we cook with real, wood fueled fire in our ‘Wood Oven’. It’s a big brick oven that is heated by burning wood in a chamber at very high temperatures. This means heat is released intensely and slowly, instantly sealing in the juices and flavour to your dish.
Delicious pizza, delicious toppings… all cooked traditionally with real flames. Be rude not to! 😉
